The hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The rooms were small but sufficient, although some toiletries were half used. The service was friendly but at times challenging due to language barriers. A great choice for those wanting to be near central Cambridge. The hotel is ideally located about halfway between the center and the station. The room, although below ground level, was not suitable for anyone suffering from panic attacks. The service was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, but they never acknowledged our cheery greetings. The location is excellent, close to many attractions in Cambridge and within walking distance of most sights. The dining was basic but satisfactory, offering a good variety of options. The hotel is set up for those with disabilities, but the lack of proper ventilation made the room uncomfortable in the hot weather. The heavy traffic noise from the main road in front of the hotel was a significant disturbance to my stay.
